From seventy-hour weeks to an unhurried business.
I'm Nicole Ghirardi, a faith-led business coach for women. Wife, mom of two, and a recovering yes-to-everything business owner.

The real story
I spent eighteen years in the insurance business. Thirteen of them as an operator in the producer's seat, and five running my own agency.
From the outside, it looked like success. Revenue up. Clients happy. Titles everywhere: the PTO, the Chamber of Commerce, industry associations. If someone needed help, I said yes.
On the inside, I was working around seventy hours a week. I once took fourteen work calls on a family vacation. I was physically at the dinner table and mentally in my inbox. My marriage was strained, and I was losing sight of being the mom I wanted to be.
The turn didn't start with a new system. It started with surrender.
I laid down the chase for success, titles, and approval, and chose to lead my business God's way instead. Then I did the practical part: I hired a business coach, found a community of women who understood, and stepped out of the commitments that didn't belong to me.
Slowing down did not stall my progress. It sharpened it.
Your business can be faithful and profitable.
- Your work matters to God, and so does your rest.
- Profit is not a dirty word. It is stewardship of what you have been given.
- You don't need more hours. You need a different week.
- Structure is freedom. Simple systems make room for the people you love.
- Stop working IN your business. Start working ON it.
